To accomplish this procedure is necessary to obtain the unlock code (specific to the IMEI of the device to be unlocked) which was provided to the operator and follow the steps:
Insert a SIM card in the device operator to which the appliance was supplied and connect it
In standby mode enter the Secret Code shown in the table above
Enter: Menu -> Settings -> Config. Security -> SIM locked -> Network -> Disable -> NCK Code;
Enter the unlock code and "re-boot" the machine.

Once you run this procedure the phone will accept any SIM card.

2nd option:
Some software comes with the option to unlock. Just put a sim card from a carrier other than that this software on the device and turn it on. One option to unlock will appear at the bottom right of the display.
Insert a SIM card in the device to a different service provider from which it was provided and turn it on;
In the lower right corner appears an option to automatically unlock. Select Unlock.

Enter the handset a SIM CARD different from carrier to which the appliance was supplied and connect it;
Select: Unlock ;
Select: Yes ;
Enter the unlock code (NCK code - supplied by LG);
Re-enter the unlock code;
Select OK ;

Insert a SIM CARD appliance in correct or incorrect;
You can see the message "Invalid Yes" on the screen (if the SIM to be incorrect);
Enter 2945 # * 620 # to access the menu SIM unlock;
Enter the 16 digit unlock;
