Go to Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & networks-> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> New APN and enter the following details there

Username : WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password : CINGULAR1
Server : < Not Set >
MMSC : http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS Proxy : wireless.cingular.com
MMS Port : 80
MCC : 310
MNC : 410
Authentication type : < Not Set >
APN type : default

T-Mobile settings

1. Start > Settings > Connections > Access Points > New...
2. Network Name: T-Zones
3. Bearer: GPRS
4. APN: wap.voicestream.com
5. User Id: leave blank
6. Password: leave blank
7. Primary Server: 216.155.165.050
8. Secondary Server: leave blank.

SAVE!! Click "Ok" all the way out.
